Genotyping pricing Our charges for genotyping vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. As an example, for SSR marker development, we charge approximately $700 per marker, assuming 100 markers were requested. This would include creation of an enriched repeat library, sequencing of clones from the library, developing primer pairs, and verifying that the loci are polymorphic. As another example, for already characterized SNPs, we would charge $8 per genotyping reaction, with an order of 50 or more genotypes. (This assumes that primer pairs for amplifying the region around the SNP are already developed.) Please contact us with a description of your project. We will provide you with a cost estimate. |
